Debut 7" single by Japanese avant-garde/new wave band Totsuzen Danball, released March 25, 1980 on Pass Records (catalog PAS-202). A-side "ホワイト・マン" (White Man), B-side "変なパーマネント" (Strange Permanent). The band, centered on brothers Tsuwaki Eiichi and Tsuwaki Shunji, was a key act in Japan's underground scene alongside Pass Records labelmates Friction and Phew. Original pressing carries a ¥600 price code. A CD reissue exists under catalog WAX11.
